The Winter Circuit in Palm Beach, Florida is in full swing and that's great news for the real estate business. Up for sale is a grand estate in Grand Prix Village, a beautiful trail ride away from the Winter Equestrian Festival showgrounds. Past the exuberant gated entrance of Wellington View is a stable featuring six stalls and two grooming areas. Across the walkway is a lounge, tack room, and restroom. The schooling arena is covered and well lit, so you may ride well into the evening. Equestrians know better than anyone that there are not enough hours in the day. Beyond the ring are two large paddocks, overlooked by the luxurious owner's estate. This is a horse lover's paradise. Just watch out for alligators!

Had a question about what looks like a house/lounge area. What all for rooms is included in it?
ReplyDeleteThe house is minimally furnished with Maxis only content. No CC. What you see in the picture is all that comes with the lot. The building across from the barn includes a bathroom and has potential for a feed/tack room, a lounge, a tack shop, or even a stable hand's quarters.
